How to treat pain caused from Bursitis in hip? LEARN natural remedies for curing BURSITIS successfully.
At the joints of two bones in the regions of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and heel, small jelly-like sacs are present. These sacs are called as bursae. They are filled with small amounts of fluids and act as cushions to prevent friction between the two bones and the soft tissue. Bursitis is a condition when the bursa is inflamed. Bursitis occurs usually in the hip. However there are some hip bursitis remedies which help in managing the condition.
In the hip region, there are two major bursae which get inflamed- trochanter and iliopsoas which are located on the outer and inner side of the hip respectively. Inflammation of trochanter is called trochanteric bursitis and is detected by the tenderness of the outer hip.
The iliopsoas bursitis which is less common than trochanteric bursitis, is identified by pain in the groin region. This pain manifests in the buttock region as well.
