5 Effective And Simple Home Remedies For Goiter

Goiter is one of the common types of thyroid gland and it is an enlargement of thyroid gland. This problem has some featured symptoms such as difficult breathing, difficulty swallowing, coughing, hoarseness, swelling in neck.

1. Garlic.
Garlic reduces swelling, and it encourages the production of glutathione, a molecule that helps maintain a healthy thyroid gland. Mince garlic and chop tomatoes and onions. Add olive oil mix them to make a salsa. Have this daily to get rid of goiter.

2. Flaxseed.

You can use watercress as a part of your cooking to treat goitre. You can also crush the leaves and make a fine paste, which you can mix with water and consume on a daily basis.

7. Dandelion leaves.
You can apply dandelion leaves directly to your condition by taking two or three large leaves, heating them on one side with clarified butter applied on the other side and applying them to your goitre, secure it with a bandage and leave it on for 3-4 hours.
