5 Simple And Effective Home Remedies For Foot Tendonitis

Eat Fresh Asparagus. It Is A Natural Diuretic That Would Help Flush Out Excess Fluid From The Body Which Would In Turn Swelling And Inflammation.
2. Cayenne Pepper.
Apply Cayenne Pepper Paste To The Feet. Rinse Off After 30 Minutes. Cayenne Pepper Contains Capsaicin Which Is A Natural Pain-Reliever. Do Not Apply To Open Wounds.
Apply Vinegar Wrap Hot And Cold Therapy Around The Feet. The Hot Wraps Would Reduce Pain And Soreness While The Cold Wraps Would Reduce Inflammation.
4. Olive Oil.
To use olive oil, heat a little bit of this oil and place it on the affected area. Now, gently massage your foot for 10 to 15 minutes. Continue doing it every day until your pain disappears.
Mix one teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of milk. Let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from the stove. Add a bit of honey and drink it to fasten the healing. Curcumin supplements are also an option but it is preferable if you stick to the natural sources.
