Below are the natural home remedies to delay periods naturally:
1. Increase/start exercising: Exercise daily for half an hour and if you are already doing some exercises then increase the time duration. But don’t stress your body by doing more exercise.
2. Avoid spicy food: The spicy food increases the heat in the body which in turn triggers the periods so to delay your periods stop eating the food for some time.
3. Vinegar Water: It is easily available in the market. Add 2 to 3 spoons of vinegar in 1 glass of water and drink it. Do the same for 2-3 times a day before 1 to 2 weeks of your periods.
4. Lemon: Take 1 lemon. Squeeze it in water and then drink that water. Do it 2 times a day. But this method can cause you more pain or cramps during your next period.
5. Coriander seeds: Take coriander seeds. Boil them in water and then drink that water. Do this method 2 weeks before for 2-3 times every day.
6. Cinnamon tea: Take 1 cinnamon stick and boil it in 2 cups of water. Boil it until both turn half. Drink daily for 2 weeks.
7. French beans: Boil the French beans in water. After that add some lemon and then drink that water.
8. Mustard seeds: Powder the mustard seeds and add that powder in lukewarm milk. Add some honey. Drink it 2 times a day before 1 week of your period.
9. Water: Start drinking a lot of water.
10. Gram lentils: Take some gram lentils. Fry them until it turns soft. Then grind it. Now make a soup out of it by adding some water. Then start taking this soup before the 7 days of your period. I take it in the morning while empty stomach then the effect will be
much better.
11. Parsley leaves: Take some leaves. Boil it in water. Strain it and then add honey. Drink this water when it is warm for 2-3 times a day.
