Overweight:

• Being over-weight can lead to health complications

Causes:

• Substituting outdoor games with video games & TV
• Eating junk food
• Lack of exercise
• Consuming high calorie food
• Slow metabolism rate & hyperthyroidism
• Stress

Natural home remedy using black pepper and lime juice:

1. Take 1 cup lukewarm water
2. Add to it ½ tsp black pepper
3. Add 3 tsp of lime juice
4. Add 1 tsp of honey
5. Mix well
6. Let the child drink this everyday

Natural home remedy using triphala powder:

1. Take 1 glass of water
2. Add to it 1 tbsp triphala powder
3. Mix well
4. Heat the mixture for 5 min
5. Allow it to turn lukewarm
6. Add 1 tsp honey
7. Mix well again
8. Let the child drink this once everyday at bedtime
