Nausea:

• It’s not necessarily followed by vomiting

Symptoms to look for:

• It’s an uneasy pukish feeling

Causes:

• Digestive disorder
• Food poisoning
• Morning sickness during pregnancy
• Overeating
• Unpleasant taste and smell
• Anxiety, fear and panic
• Travel for long hours

Natural home remedy using cumin seeds:

1. Eat 1 tsp cumin seeds for quick relief

Natural home remedy using ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and honey:

1. Take a small piece (1 inch) of raw ginger
2. Add 10-15 mint leaves
3. Crush them to paste
4. Press this paste on a sieve and extract its juice
5. Add 1 tsp lemon juice to the ginger and mint juice
6. Add 1 tsp honey
7. Have the mixture 2 times a day

Natural home remedy using lemon:

1. Take 1 glass water
2. Squeeze ½ lemon into it
3. Add 1 tsp salt and drink

Tips:

• Avoid spicy, oily and junk food
• Do not overeat
• Add a little crushed ginger to your tea
• When travelling, always carry peppermint
